Hi friends,
It’s been a while, and I thought it was time for a little life update because 2026 has been BUSY — in some really good ways.
I started a new job the day after my birthday this year, which feels oddly poetic now that I think about it. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity, and a few months in, I’m happy to say it’s going well.
At the same time, I’ve also given myself permission to scale back on a few things.
Earlier this year, I was really excited about building the Influencer Friend Group — a community where content creators could connect, learn from each other, and genuinely support one another. We had a great response and grew the group, but I also realized that the kind of community I envisioned requires real participation and connection. I never wanted to build just another online group where everyone drops a link, promotes something, and disappears.
So, for now, I’ve decided to put that idea down. Maybe I’ll pick it back up one day. Never say never.
But putting something down also gave me room to pick something else back up.
Handbags.
If you’ve followed me for a while, this probably won’t surprise you at all. I’ve talked about handbags on TikTok for the past year, some of my very first YouTube videos more than a decade ago were about handbags, and I actually dipped my toe into reselling handbags nearly ten years ago.
Apparently, some interests just keep finding their way back to you.
So I’m incredibly happy to introduce you to PURSuaded, my new online boutique specializing in authentic, pre-loved luxury and premium handbags.
This one feels different because it doesn’t really feel new. It feels full circle — like something I’ve been slowly finding my way back to for years.
And because you originally joined this email list for a completely different chapter of my life, I won’t automatically add you to the PURSuaded list. But if beautiful handbags, vintage finds, and pre-loved luxury sound like your kind of thing, I’d genuinely love to have you come along for this chapter too.
[Come see what I’m building + join the PURSuaded list]
And if handbags aren’t your thing, that’s perfectly okay. I’m still grateful that at some point along the way, something I created made you want to stay connected.
Here’s to knowing when to put something down — and recognizing when it’s finally time to pick something back up.
With love, Vanecia
